Step 1. Download Mach4 Installer
Download the Mach4Hobby_Installer from https://www.machsupport.com/software/mach4/ You do not need 5AXISMAKER to be connected to computer yet. Allow Mach4 to use its default installation folder C:\Mach4
Step 2. Install Pokeys Software
Install 2_PoKeys_Setup_4_4_27a.exe (this can be found on the USB drive in the Tool Box that came with your machine)
Step 3. Copy Mach4 Pokeys Plugin
On the USB drive that came with the machine copy Mach4PoKeysPlugin.m4pw and Mach4PoKeysPlugin.sig files and copy them to “Plugins” folder (C:)\ Mach4Hobby\Plugins folder in Mach4 directory.
Step4. Load 5AXISMAKER Mach4 profile
Download 5axismaker profile 5A-01XX00.m4prof (the file name would vary as per your machine serial number as every machine has different settings and parameters setup custom to each machine)
IMPORTANT!
Before installing 5axismaker profile, plug in the USB cable connected to electronics box to your laptop. Electronics box to be powered off during installation. Failure to follow the correct procedure may make installation impossible.
Run Mach4 Loader. 
Once Mach4 Loader has been launched import 5axismaker profile (5A-01XX00Mach4.m4prof), give it a name - if you have a few 5XM machines - name accordingly to avoid confusion.
Select profile and press OK
Step 5. Mach4 License Installation
Send us PC ID for us to generate Mach4 License
In Mach4 - go to Help tab - About - Copy PC ID and email info@5axismaker.com for us to generate a license.
Load License
Once you receive your license click Load License File and press OK.
IMPORTANT!
To complete installation properly do not to touch anything, close Mach4 and open again. Installation complete.
